Much ​like the decorator himself, John Murphy's interiors are fresh, personal and never formulaic. Often borrowing from his own collection of found treasures, John's affinity for the past creates a warm, evocative atmosphere throughout his ever present, modern and distinctly American interiors. John has called the beautiful island of Martha's Vineyard his home for over twenty years. In 2010, John and his business partner Helen Koch moved into a 1920's shingled building on the edge of Edgartown's village and threw open the old barn doors to Tracker Home Decor. The full service design team occupies the loft, and the retail shop bustles below. John's range of work is as varied as the client's he serves and projects often take him up and down the east coast and beyond. John continues to grow his business through his unwavering commitment to his clients' happiness, his passion for beautiful design and a healthy work ethic.

Helen Koch was born and raised in Muncie, Indiana. After graduating from Miami University and graduate studies at Indiana University, she moved to the east coast and eventually to Martha's Vineyard. She brings over 15 years experience in the home furnishings and furniture business to Tracker Home Decor, including ten years managing Bramhall & Dunn in Vineyard Haven. She is thrilled to be partners with John Murphy and the talented Team Tracker, and excited about what lays ahead for Tracker Home Decor.

A long time Edgartown resident, Doriana joined the Tracker Team in 2011. Doriana graduated with a Masters in Business in 2008 from Plymouth State University.  Her design experience started from the ground up with the privilege of working side by side with the Creative Director of Tracker Home Décor, John Murphy.  Doriana’s great sense of style, love for interiors and textiles are evident in every one of her design. From residential   to commercial installations, including Island landmark businesses and nationally renowned Show Houses Doriana has a rich and varied portfolio. In addition to being a designer, Doriana co-owns a luxury wedding and event coordinating company Plan It Martha’s Vineyard.

Kalani recently moved to Martha's Vineyard from North Carolina. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelors Degree of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture and Design. After graduating, he began an Internship with Rowe Furniture that led to three years of sales work, design assistance and becoming Creative Coordinator of Social Media for the company. He met Team Tracker his first day on the job, during Furniture Market in the fall of 2013. He was inspired by the teams passion for design and their Home Decor business on the Vineyard. He kept an open relationship with Tracker and at the start of 2016 he decided to make the move and join them full time on Martha's Vineyard. Kalani is eager to learn more about design and add his creative sense of style to the talented group of people at Tracker Home Decor.
 

Oshane hails from Jamaica and has lived on Martha’s Vineyard for several years. We are so grateful that he joined our team in 2015. Oshane brings a good work ethic, professionalism and infectious personality.  Know that you are in good hands when Oshane is on the job. In 2017, Oshane became a Certified Hunter Douglas Installer.
